This policy explains how KN Services Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“KN Services Group,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit getknservices.com or use our services. Questions: hello@getknservices.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details you send through our contact or order forms or by email: your name, email address, phone number, company and message.
• Information we need to deliver a service you sign up for: business details, logos, photos, video clips, text, account connection permissions and, for the texting pack, the business details carriers require for registration, such as your EIN.
• Billing details. Payments to us are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, under its own privacy policy; we do not see or store full card or bank account numbers.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site running and secure. The site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them and sets no cookies. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Information about our clients’ customers

When we run a website, office tools or social media accounts for a client, we may handle information about that client’s customers, such as enquiries, bookings or messages. We process it on the client’s behalf and under the client’s instructions, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to it.

How we use information

• To reply to you and to provide, bill for and support the services you ask for.
• To keep our website and services secure and working.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run our business and deliver our services: with service providers such as our hosting, email, payment, scheduling and publishing providers and, for the texting pack, telecom carriers and their registration partners. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Payments from your customers

Where our office tools or online stores take payments, those payments are made into the client’s own Stripe account. Stripe processes that information under its own privacy policy. We never hold client money.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping business and tax records, and then delete it or keep it only in a form that does not identify anyone.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@getknservices.com. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will respond to requests as those laws require and will not treat you differently for making one.

Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Where information is processed

We are a United States company. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
